FAQ:

  • What do I do if I have an idea for an event or activity?
    • We love when our community has great ideas! Please put together a short proposal that includes a brief description of the idea, a suggested date or time of year, an estimated cost, and names of people who will bring it to life (chairs/co-chairs, volunteers). The best place to present this idea is at an HSA meeting, but if your idea is time-sensitive, please reach out to the HSA at eastgoshenhsa@gmail.com. Here is a list of all of the scheduled HSA meetings.
  • How do I get reimbursed for an HSA expense/get a check issued for a vendor?
    • Click here for instructions on how to file a check request electronically.
  • How do I deposit a check for the HSA?
    • The Treasurer will handle all bank deposits.  When you have incoming checks that need to be processed and deposited, please band them together, fill out a deposit request form and submit it to the Treasurer.
